I just had a school in the south Pay an additional 3000$ for led lights just because they didnt want to wait 10 day or so. I was dumb founded because the basket ball season has been over so they didnt need the new lights for the games. Why would a school board want to pay 3000$ more? In times when everyone is having a hard time with money why did the school spend the extra cash.
